Working with Tiffany could not have been a better experience. As a first time home buyer, I had no idea where to start the process. Tiffany was there to walk us through each step and thoroughly explain every process before we entered it. Finding our perfect house was the fun part! She would set up showings that were close to each other, and convenient to go from one to the other. After a few showings, we found the one we had to have! Even when it looked as if it was not going to work out, Tiffany worked her magic and got us the house! She went out of her way and referred us to an amazing lender and attorney. Since this was new to us, I had several questions and concerns, Tiffany was extremely knowledgeable about the market and each step as we approached it, she was able to anticipate any questions or concerns I may have had and addressed them before I even had to ask. Tiffany helped set up our home inspection, and addressed concerns with the home inspector, she really knew what to look for. Tiffany is also extremely diligent with keeping in contact with lenders and attorneys and relaying updates to us. After we closed, Tiffany even came by to make sure we were settling in our new home well, she was amazed at the updates we had done.
